I've taken my car to Jaxx Tyres Mackay a number of times over the years for new tyres, puncture repairs and recently new brakes and I receive top quality customer service from them each and every time. Every staff member I've spoken with has been amazing and so accomodating. Their prices are very reasonable as well! Highly recommend these guys!!
Cannot believe how I was treated.
Left the car there for new tyres. Told them clearly that I won't be able to pick up by closing time, so they agreed to leave the keys out for me collect. Offered to leave credit card details with them but they said they will send a payment link to pay, which they sent later after I was already unable to answer my phone. By the time I finished work they have locked up the car and gone home. I was stranded in the city and had to catch a cab home.
Came in today to collect the car. I understand how they would lock up a car without payment, which is all understandable. However, the moment I walked in they told me to go away and take my car somewhere else. Not even a basic courtesy of "I am sorry that you were stranded in the city at night. It must be tricky."
Disappointing really. No I won't be back.
